By downloading, accessing, or using ClashRun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

ClashRun is a competitive running application that tracks your running activities, calculates performance metrics, and enables you to compete with other runners through an arena-based ranking system.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Acceptable Use

• Use ClashRun only for its intended purpose of tracking running activities
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings or game the system
• Do not use GPS spoofing or other location falsification
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Do not use automated systems or bots to interact with the service
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

Fair Play Policy

ClashRun is built on fair competition. Any attempt to cheat, including but not limited to GPS spoofing, fabricating runs, or using multiple accounts, will result in immediate account suspension or termination. We use automated systems and manual review to detect violations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ClashRun are owned by ClashRun and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as run data and profile information). By using ClashRun, you grant us a license to use, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the service and for promotional purposes.

Health Disclaimer

ClashRun is not a medical device. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your use of the app. Always prioritize your safety while running.

Limitation of Liability

ClashRun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of ClashRun after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClashRun will be resolved through binding arbitration.
